Our company has been engaging in trading operations since 2023. We have quartz & soda feldspar mines in tonk which is government approved. All export material is dispatch from our Stock yard.
Supplying capacity 1 lac ton per year. We supplied material approx. 50000 ton in last year.

Super Semi Quartz Lumps
This is our Super Semi grade Quartz stone. This grade may exhibit minor water marks on one or two sides; however, it is entirely free from impurities such as soil, waste, or overburden material.
The stones are carefully segregated by manual labor to ensure consistent quality. Additionally, this material does not contain any stones with silica or feldspar linings. We are currently supplying large quantities of this grade to the local market and exporting too.

We are manufacturing Quartz Grits in Newai, Tonk.
We have automatic washing plant & Segregation system. So, that we can get Uniform & Regular supply of raw material.
Currently we have a capacity of 3TPH & we are taking production around 20 ton per day.

The Process we are using for manufacturing such powder are as under :
- First off, all washing the material
- Then, heating of material
- After that sizing of material
- Then shorting of material.
- In last drying, heating, grinding of material. Last step is easy but step before that is making issue in taking good production.
- After all we are on average taking approx. 1000-ton production Per month. We have started manufacturing this basically from 2019
